Tymora, Lady Luck

Obedience

Buy a round of drinks, and sing a song in praise of boldness, bravery, and your goddess’s glory (and good looks). The song must be audible to those nearby. When the song is done, finish your drink while in the company of those which you bought the round. If a creature is attracted by your song, do your best to engage them in conversation about yours or your allies’ exploits and how it demonstrates that fortune favors the bold. Roll a d20 at the completion of your obedience; at any one time during the day, you may substitute this roll for another (your own, or someone else’s). You may elect to use this substitution before or after you know the results of the first die roll.

Boons

1: Lucky Blessing (Sp) divine favor 3/day, blessing of luck and resolve 2/day, or prayer 1/day
2: Contagious Fortune (Su) Your luck is legendary, and you derive a stronger benefit from effects that aid your luck than others, but it also emanates from you to your allies. Increase luck bonuses you receive from any effect by +1. If you yourself grant an effect with a luck bonus, you instead increase the bonus of the others who receive that effect by +1.  This ability stacks with other effects that increase a luck bonus, but not with other uses of this boon.
3: Fortune’s Favor (Su) Tymora protects those who leap into the fray without hesitation, and you cloak yourself in her favor when you go boldly forth toward your foes. You do not provoke attacks of opportunity for movement that takes you closer to an enemy you can see.

Champion’s Oath

The Divine Champion, Liberator, or Virtuous Bravo sponsored by Tymora still makes an oath, though it is not as unwavering as those of lawful deities. Tymora is not opposed to trickery for the greater good, and thus these variant paladins are not bound by a code against falshoods or deception. In addition they have the following tenets:

• Fortune favors the good; I will not hesitate to fight against those who oppress or attack the innocent.
• Fortune favors the bold; I will never run in cowardice, rather I will press boldly forth where the cause is just.
• Fortune favors the gracious; I will acknowledge whenever I, or others, have benefitted from a lucky roll of the dice and praise the Lady for it.
• Fortune favors the cunning; I will play any hand to my advantage over the wrongdoer; dealing a hidden card to tip my hand against evil is a just deed.
• Fortune favors the generous; I freely serve my community and share my worldly goods with others, so I might demonstrate prosperity through charity.
