The Lorestone Grove

The Lorestone Grove is the home of The Circle of The Stone, a druidic order many centuries old. Unfortunately, there are only two druids left of the order: Ahshala and Collintra.

The grove is located a few hours walk in the forest from Highmoon.

The Lorestone

The Lorestone is a large, old stone, roughly ten feet in diameter and half buried in the ground. It is covered in druidic runs. It sits in the middle of a small island, in the middle of a small lake, in the forest. The Circle of the Stone, a druidic order, kept the stone safe for many centuries, and into it they recorded all they knew, each generation adding more knowledge to the stone.

Occuptants

Ahshala (Ah-sha-lah): A red haired wood elf druidess who likes birds, and songs, she lived on a hut near the island holding The Lorestone until it was burned down by fey corrupted by The Far Realm. She takes her duties as protector of The Lorestone seriously.

Collintra (Call-in-tra): A purple haired nymph druidess who has lived in a glade near the grove for over two centuries.

Rafius, the Hill Giant: A giant that expressed a desire to do more than be a raider or live in a cave, he is not a formal member of the Order, but lives nearby in a clearing, where he gardens, farms, and hunts.

Taliah Hawklight: A ranger who has settled at The Lorestone Grove.

Recent History

In 1383 DR, an incursion from The Far Realm nearly caused the destruction of The Lorestone, if not for the intervention of some elven heroes. ((Reclamation of the Lost Grove))
